Biography
Eric Hazebroek is a Dutch guitarist and composer, best known as a long-time member of the Dutch progressive/symphonic metal band Stream of Passion. (His name is rendered “Eric Hazenbroek” in the Fountains liner credits.)
After Stream of Passion disbanded in 2016, Hazebroek founded Vetrar Draugurinn (Icelandic for “The Winter Ghost”), a melancholic post-doom/atmospheric metal band from the Netherlands for which he serves as guitarist and primary songwriter, alongside vocalist Marjan Welman (also of Autumn) and other Dutch musicians. He has also performed as a guitarist with the band Pilgrimage.
