Biography
Clark McMenemy is a Scottish drummer from Newburgh, Aberdeenshire, best known as a member of the British progressive metal band Ihlo. He joined the studio-based project in 2017, completing the trio alongside vocalist/keyboardist Andy Robison and guitarist Phil Monro, and has remained with the band since. With Ihlo he contributed drum programming and drums to the debut album “Union” (2019, released independently) and the follow-up “Legacy” (2025), released through the Kscope label. Ihlo’s sound blends djent-influenced riffing with atmospheric, synthesizer-driven textures.
