Biography
Sascha Blach (born 1980) is a German music journalist, author, songwriter and producer based in Berlin. He grew up in Lower Saxony and Bavaria, studied modern German literature, English literature and sociology at the University of Bayreuth, and trained in audio engineering at SAE Berlin. Over his career he has written thousands of interviews, reports and reviews for rock and metal publications including Sonic Seducer, ETERNITY Magazin, Classic Rock Magazin and POWERMETAL.de, and has published several books.
Alongside his journalism, Blach is an active musician and producer who works across metal, rock, pop, folk, soundtrack and electronica, with credits in projects such as Despairation, Eden Weint Im Grab, Aethernaeum, The Halo Trees, Transit Poetry, Cosma Nova and Mansions In The Sea.
